Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use CURIO Online Store. The Delivery, Return & Refund Policies (“the Policies”) and the Terms and Conditions apply to your use of CURIO Online Store and to any purchases through CURIO Online Store.
In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these Policies, the latter shall prevail. These Policies and the Terms and Conditions apply between you CURIO Sdn Bhd (“CURIO”, “we” or “us”), whose registered office is at No 37-1-1 Jalan Medan Pusat Bandar 1A Pusat Bandar Bangi 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi Selangor Darul Ehsan. Please address any complaints, queries or correspondence regarding these Policies or CURIO Online Store, to the contacts listed on our Contact Us page.
ORDERING ITEMS
- Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Once you have clicked on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. So that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Bank Company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your bank account at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your bank account does not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
- CURIO Online Store will email you to confirm your item(s) order has been received.
- We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and CURIO Online Store only upon those products being dispatched to you or you have received your services, as detailed in the booking confirmation email.
- Curio Online Store may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
– The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available.
– Your bank account does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price.
– You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Peninsula: Order by 2 pm Monday to Friday for delivery within 3-7 business days (exclude weekends and Public Holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
East Malaysia: Delivered within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
Delivery charges: Delivery charges from RM8 onwards will be implied according to the delivery address by state. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold or items that do not require any delivery fee. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. Free shipping is a limited promotion and is not available for orders delivered outside Malaysia.
Please note: We cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service.
We are working closely with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. This includes drivers making contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by the local government and health authorities. Please allow a few extra days for your order to be processed. There may also be some delivery delays depending on the network capacity of our delivery partners.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be “Processing,” entering the delivery process. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.
Once your order has been “Processing,” it has entered the delivery process and no further changes can be made.
OUT OF STOCK
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email. You may opt for a replacement for the next available items with the same value or a refund for the affected items.
RETURN POLICY
Products and services sold are strictly non-refundable. We aim to provide quality products to our customers.
- Products:
If you experience itchy, red skin after coming into contact with our products; or should you receive a damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where items ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items which will be credited to the same payment method used. - Services:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, do inform us at least an hour before the scheduled appointment. For non-arrival or cancelled treatments, we would contact you to reschedule your appointments and if you are opposed to doing the treatment after making the payment, it is nonrefundable.
