Appointment Scheduling
We do our best to facilitate our customers in scheduling appointments. You can book your treatment slot via our official website, or directly contact your desired outlet. If you have trouble choosing what’s best for you, refer our experienced therapist for recommendations and free consultation.2
Customer's Arrival Time
The preferable time to arrive at our spa is 15 minutes before your booked appointments. This will allow us to give you some spare time to fill up the spa requirements form and get a free consultation before beginning your treatment sessions. Please be informed that late arrivals may result in a reduction of the treatment time with the full treatment price still being applied.3
Be Silence & Mind Your Own Valuable Items
We believe the spa is an escape to another world where it brings peace and rejuvenation. We do appreciate it if you can keep your mobile phones in silent mode to respect other guests. Any valuables left behind will be kept by our therapists and we would reach the customers as soon as we find the right owner. We are not responsible for any valuables loss at any time here.4
Spa Attire & Restrictions
The changing facilities such as slippers and disposables are available and provided here for your own comfort during your time in the spa. Bear in mind, our spa area and space are non-smoking zones.5
Health Conditions
Do inform us prior of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect the choice of treatment that you want to book. This will allow us to give the best experience for you and prepare some amendments accordingly.6
Precautions and Age Restriction
Curio Spa is unfavorable for below 12 years old children to access the spa area or use the spa facilities and equipment. Please let us know prior if you would bring along the children so that we could assist you in terms of childcare during your treatment.7
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, do inform us at least an hour before the scheduled appointment. For non-arrival or canceled treatments, we would contact you to reschedule your appointments and if you are opposed to doing the treatment after making the payment, it is unrefundable.8
Gift Vouchers
The vouchers are redeemable within a specific time period as stated in the gift voucher, for treatment & product purchases. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the issue date will be allowed. Our vouchers are bound to the terms and conditions and the management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found unacceptable. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances9
