How and when should I make my appointments?
Reservations for our Curio outlets can be made by online booking or calling the Spa directly (you may refer ‘contact us-locate us’) We encourage you to schedule your treatments well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times.
What if I'm late for my appointment?
Arriving late may limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service, a late arrival may be classified as a ‘no-show.’
Do Curio offers treatment for men?
YES. Many services are for unisex example manicure, pedicure and foot treatment. EXCEPT for massage body treatment, and waxing.
I’m pregnant – does this affect which treatments I can have?
Yes, it does. Many treatments involving baths, wraps and massage should not be taken by pregnant ladies. We would advise that you choose service which offers beauty and pampering treatments, and then choose treatments such as, manicure, pedicure, foot treatment or waxing. Our Momma Gorgeous package might be your favourite one. Try today!
Do you provide any privacy space for Muslimah?
Yes, we do have private space. Our Curio Bangi outlet has recognized as one of Syariah Compliance outlet by our loyal customers. Ampang Point and Wangsa Walk has very limited space but your ‘aurat’ is our concern and we do provide the best space for every Muslimah. No worries ladies!
What is anti-callus or foot treatment?
Anti- callus or foot treatment is one of Curio’s signature treatment. This is the best treatment for removing stubborn callouses, dry feet, corns, warts, athlete foot & fungal infections.
Managing Online Booking
Why I cannot make an online booking for today’s date?
Online booking must be made at least a day before the treatment session.
Why I cannot proceed my online booking using a credit card?
Our online payment platform not supported any credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or Paypal. We are using Online Banking or direct debit only at the moment.
I cannot proceed with an online payment because it stated ‘email already used’? Why is that happened?
This is a usual error made by a system. First solution, you may use different email address from previous one. Second solution, you may also contact our support team directly to resolve this issue at +603-8922 9988 (CURIO HQ) or contact us via Instagram/Facebook.
Can I use member card for online booking?
No. Our online pricing is slightly different from offline. We do provide special rate for online booking. You may use member card only for our offline price. But, don’t worry, for all our member card holder, you always get ‘special’ treatment not only you could save more, but you’ll get other benefits too. Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellations policy?
No cancellations and all the payment cannot be refund. You may reschedule the booking within 2 weeks according to our availability.
Can I change the treatments included in a package?
No. We are strictly not allowed our customer made any changes or substitute to any treatments in a package. You’ll receive what we already offered.
